In today’s competitive environment, companies seeking independent quality control can rely Laxio Group Ltd, which offers specialized inspection services tailored to their needs. Our facilities are equipped with advanced machinery that enables immediate verification of production samples against the specifications required by importers. Key quality parameters, such as thickness, delamination resistance, and grammage, can be promptly assessed following the production process.

For businesses desiring more comprehensive evaluations—such as abrasion resistance, aging tests, or compliance with REACH and US market standards—we collaborate with esteemed accredited institutions like:

These partnerships allow us to provide in-depth analysis and results at competitive prices within a short turnaround time. By choosing Laxio Group Ltd, clients can ensure that their products meet the highest quality standards efficiently and effectively.

Going into specifics, here are the quality controls that we can carry out at our offices.

COLOR CONTROL. One of the initial checks performed upon receiving production samples is the color assessment. This rigorous evaluation is essential, particularly for markets with minimal tolerance for color variations. Typically, a light box equipped with Standard D65 lighting is utilized, a standard employed by numerous brands. This method ensures consistency and accuracy in color representation, allowing for precise quality control that meets industry standards and client expectations.

WEIGHT CONTROL. Another simple but important check performed at the Laxio Group Ltd offices is the weight check. A small machine allows us to verify whether a product’s specific weight (expressed in grams per square meter) meets the weight standards required by the importer.

DELAMINATION RESISTENCE CONTROL. One of the critical quality control measures for materials such as synthetic leathers or laminated materials, where a finished product comprises multiple layers, is the delamination test. Utilizing a vertical dynamometer, it is possible to assess the force required for two layers within the same product to separate. This machine also enables the measurement of the elongation experienced by the material when subjected to stress, ensuring that durability and performance standards are met in production processes.
